La Salangane

The villa was built in 1963 by a family who loves Cap-Ferret. The architecture was inspired by the traditional “arcachonnaise”.

Pleasant villa of 100 m2 close to the quiet and preserved neighborhood of the “44 hectares”, ideally located in the narrow peninsular, 10 mn walk between the Arcachon basin and the Atlantic Ocean with a large wooded corner garden of 1,000 m2 and a spacious terrace.
