- National holidays: 1 week minimum rental
- Electricity, water, gas, internet connection, city hall taxes, included in the rate
- Booking deposit by bank transfer of 50% to the non-refundable reservation. (direct payment). Balance for check-in
- A deposit of 1,000 € of the amount of the rental is requested at check-in by cash (a) returned at the check-out if no damage is found or (b) within a maximum period of one month, deducting, where appropriate, the sums of money, covering damages or, if necessary, the cost of a cleaning company
- All linen needed for the number of people provided is loaned free of charge. It must be returned cleaned (with the exception of the last set in use on the morning of the check-out)
- Payment accepted : bank transfer, cash
- Special Conditions and Regulations: It is necessary to check with the insurer the close-out provided in his home insurance policy: “resort liability”
- Pets are not allowed
- A camera is positioned at the portal (the only one to preserve your privacy) but necessary for the surveillance of robbers etc…
